Camping Continental Camping Village

Camping Continental Village is located directly on Lake Mergozzo and just 1 km from Lago Maggiore. Lake Mergozzo is a quiet lake where the beach slopes gently. Perfect for small children to play in the shallow water.

Continental Camping Village is a 3-star family campground where young and old will have a great time. The town of Verbania has nice restaurants for when you don't feel like cooking in the evening. Playing golf? You can walk to the 9-hole golf course from the campsite!

Go for a day at the pool or lake where everyone will have a great time. The new pools: Spray Park (new 2022), a mini water park for the smallest and the Waikiki Water Park (new 2021).

The Waikiki Water Park is a floating bouncy castle on Lake Mergozzo where you can have fun jumping and climbing on various ramps and slides. There is also a large swimming pool with rapids, hydro massage, wave pool and water slides...what more could you want!

The lake of Mergozzo is small but very beautiful. Clearwater has a sandy beach and is extremely suitable for children because of the slow slope of the beach. At 1 kilometre is the famous Lake Maggiore. The children can build countless sandcastles while they sunbathe. Windsurfing, pedal boats, canoeing, everything is possible here.

It is not only beautiful here, there are also a lot of fun things to do. On nearby Lake Maggiore, you can take beautiful boat trips. The mountains and nature are wonderful for hiking and cycling as well as other sporting activities such as canyoning, rafting, hang gliding and even bungee jumping. Because of the mild climate, there are also several beautiful botanical gardens, for those who want to take it a little easier. There is a cable car for a trip to an impressive view, and also a starting point for beautiful tours.

Camping Continental Village has a fun international animation team. After dinner at the a la carte restaurant, enjoy a live show presented by the friendly entertainment team. You can also participate in numerous sports activities which they organize for all ages. For the children, there is a large playground where they can have fun clambering down the slide.

In the modern Monkey restaurant located opposite the playground, you can enjoy delicious Mediterranean food. Don't feel like eating in a restaurant? Then choose the pizzeria which is attached to the restaurant. Here you can pick up and eat your pizza on the terrace of your accommodation. Crispy croissants and hot cappuccinos are also available here!
