In just eight minutes, you can reach the well-kept Plage de Gros Jonc, which is six kilometres long. The 650 metres to the beach are easy to walk. The water is very clean and gently sloping so that even small children can splash around in the sea without worrying. At one kilometre from the campsite, you will find the Plage du Marchais, which is popular with surfers because of its strong winds. To the south of the campsite are the branching canals of the nature reserve, which invite you to take a stroll. The campsite has hammocks that serve as an oasis of calm.
