Camping Pelso

Pelso Campsite is located directly on Lake Balaton. There is a grassy beach right on the shore that offers a fantastic place to sunbathe as well as a few trees to provide some shade on hot summer days.
The lake is the main attraction for kids as they just love to jump, splash around and let off some steam in the calm waters. The campsite also has its own children’s paddling pool with water slide.

Take a blow-up mattress with you and use it as your sun lounger on the lake! If it gets too hot, you can always go for a quick swim to cool down. Maybe you’re looking for something more fast-paced? How does beach volleyball, tennis or Minigolf sound? Bikes are also available to rent for a fee. Enthusiastic fans of water sports will surely jump at the opportunity to go sailing, canoeing or surfing on the lake. The funny pedalos with a slide are also very popular. During the summer months the campsite also organises a short activity programme for children.

At Pelso Campsite you will stay in functionally-furnished mobile homes that all contain a kitchenette. The warm summer days invite you to enjoy as much time as possible out in the open and there is outdoor furniture provided directly in front of your mobile home. Don’t feel like cooking? Pelso Campsite offers a small takeaway and a pub. There are also various other restaurants in the surrounding area. For your everyday needs you can buy food, newspapers and souvenirs at the campsite’s minimarket.

The wide range of fish (around 25 species including pikes, carps, catfish and zander) in Lake Balaton is enough to thrill any enthusiastic fisherman or woman.
