Camping Airotel L'Océan
The 5-star Airotel L'Océan campsite in Gironde is located on a natural, hilly 9.5-hectare site in Lacanau Ocean. It is just a stone's throw from the sea, a 10-minute walk from one of the most beautiful sandy beaches on the Atlantic coast and 15 minutes from the center of Lacanau Ocean. From here, you can also explore the region's many cycle paths. Here you will experience a unique vacation in the heart of the Gironde.
Water fun at the Airotel L'Océan campsite
In addition to swimming and sunbathing on one of the most beautiful beaches on the Atlantic coast, the campsite has a wonderful water park with 1,500 m² of covered area and a water temperature of at least 28°C. Float in a lazy river or relax in a whirlpool. The slides are great fun for young and old. You can also use your vacation to teach your children how to swim by taking swimming lessons from certified swimming instructors.
The campsite also has a 450 m² spa. The spa offers a wide range of treatments, including facials and world-class massages.
Activities and facilities at Airotel L'Océan campsite
The campsite offers entertainment for the whole family. The children's club (4-12 years) keeps the kids busy with a wide range of activities and sports. Teenagers don't have to be bored either! In the teen club (13-17 years) they will find entertainment and socializing with sports tournaments, their own shows, beach activities and much more. Pilates or Zumba classes are organized in the morning, while the sports and games instructors hold a tournament every day: Soccer, basketball, volleyball, table tennis, boccia, water challenges and water polo. Finally, there's the popular Family Olympics!
For entertainment, there's cabaret, karaoke, movies in the small cinema and shows at Camping Airotel L'Ocutean. There are also aperitif games and concerts, a night market, dance evenings and pool parties. In July and August, the entertainment program for the whole family at the Brasserie Havana goes on until 2 am. In Lacanau, there are special evenings with fireworks, fire dancing, concerts and the spectacular Lacanau Pro, a professional surfing competition with lots of entertaining side events.

Here you will also find a beautiful mini-golf course, perfect for a relaxing evening after a restaurant visit in the city. Les Plages de Lacanau beach is also ideal for a dip in the sea. In addition, the area is very well known for water sports, of which you can try out many different ones in Lacanau.
