From Provence to the Ardèche

When you smell lavender, you will then think of sprawling purple fields in the south of France. With the charming markets and boutiques in the heart of Provence, you can buy lavender soap as a souvenir. Not far away is the lovely landscape for rougher nature. The Ardèche River meanders through rock formations and high gorges. This is an area that is reserved for adventurers who will brave the river by canoe or kayak. However it is also a place to relax.

The South of French beaches

From a pebble beach you have a view of Vallont Pont D'Arc. The rock-built natural bridge is a starting point for trips through the Gorges du Verdon. The southern French coast starts in the Languedoc. In walled towns such as Carcassonne, you can imagine yourself in medieval times. Not far away is the Cote D'Azur, where your holiday will get a touch of glamour. Float at ease in idyllic bays and drink cocktails on the terrace. When strolling by Nice or Monaco, watch out as you might just bump into a celebrity.
